I’m starting this journey with a lot of creative baggage – the good kind. From drawing fashion and making doll clothes with tape and straight pins to teaching myself to sew then making hats and handbags to painting art to graphic design to building websites to designing rooms. The Lord has blessed me to acquire a lot of useful creative skills.
With this I’ve also acquired some business skills and to date have launched my own brands and produced popup shops for years.
The point is I’m starting this journey with a glass half-full vs empty. Each of us has some skills and abilities that we’ve picked up along the way. Those are a good place to start a journey like this.
I’d originally planned to keep my shop empty and only launch new work but I have a LOT of stuff already designed and made that someone may like. This week I’ll be sharing those things in my store.
